This policy explains what information Pizzavenida collects when you order, and how it's used. Pizzavenida is a small, weekly wood-fired pizza pickup based in Ojai, CA.

What we collect

When you place an order on our site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order details (items, pickup time, any notes)

Payment is processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To prepare and reserve your order
• To send you an order confirmation by email (every order)
• To send you an order confirmation text and a pickup reminder text (only if you check the SMS opt-in box at checkout)
• To let you know when the next cook day is posted (only if you check that separate opt-in box at checkout)
• To contact you directly if there's an issue with your order (for example, a scheduling conflict), by phone or email

Text messages

We only text you if you check a consent box on the order form at checkout, a separate, optional step, not a requirement to place an order. Providing your phone number alone does not sign you up for texts. There are two separate opt-ins, and checking one doesn't check the other: the SMS consent box gets you an order confirmation text and a same-day pickup reminder text related to that specific order, and the cook-day announcement box gets you an occasional text when Dalton posts the next cook day, unrelated to any specific order. Message frequency depends on how often you order and which boxes you opt into. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to place or complete an order.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We do share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us run Pizzavenida:

• Stripe – to process payment
• Twilio – to deliver order confirmation and pickup reminder texts
• Google Firebase – to store order and scheduling records
• Google/Gmail – to deliver order confirmation emails

How long we keep it

We keep order records for our own bookkeeping and prep planning. If you'd like your information removed, contact us using the information below and we'll take care of it.
