These terms cover ordering from Pizzavenida, a weekly wood-fired pizza pickup in Ojai, CA. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
Orders must be picked up at 340 Avenida Del Recreo, Ojai, CA 93023, during the reserved time window. If you can't make your window, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to work something out.
Because each order is made to order in small batches, we ask that you contact us directly for any cancellation, change, or refund request rather than assuming one is automatic. We'll do our best to make it right.
Pizzavenida is a small home-based kitchen operation. Our pizzas and sides may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, dairy, and nuts. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please reach out before ordering so we can answer any questions about ingredients.
Text messages are opt-in only, and there are two separate checkboxes on the order form, checking one doesn't check the other. The SMS consent checkbox covers an order confirmation text and a same-day pickup reminder text related to that specific order. The cook-day announcement checkbox covers occasional texts letting you know when Dalton posts the next cook day, unrelated to any specific order. Leaving either unchecked doesn't affect your ability to place an order, your order confirmation still arrives by email either way. Message and data rates may apply. We may update these terms from time to time as Pizzavenida grows. The current version will always be posted here.
